What Do We Do?
Property Management or Block Management is exactly just that. It is the managing of communal areas of residential properties (for example estates or blocks of flats) using exclusively the service charges that leaseholders and tenants pay to the property owner.
The ongoing management is always upto speed and specially after the major works the entire development looks so much better. very happy with the service Eddison provide many thanks.
